This year, we’re doing something different with the Ecstatic Music Festival — it’s actually ceasing to be a festival, and becoming a series that lasts throughout the year! The term “Festival” has always been a strange way of describing what we do, as the concerts have been spread out over the winter and spring, and there’s no sense of a continuous festival atmosphere. So we’re pushing things out in the other direction, and having monthly concerts from September through May. It’s a very exciting season, focusing as always on new collaborations and special projects from artists across the musical spectrum. I hope you’ll be able to join us for some of the shows!
